- pistachio cupcake (white cake mix and required ingredients [water,oil, eggs], pistachio pudding mix, green dye- optional)
- vanilla ice cream
2. Put 3 scoops of ice cream and 1 cupcake into a blender or food processor.
3. Blend. Add a few tablespoons of milk as needed to thin.
4. Pour into glass and garnish with chopped pistachios.
